Rotogravure Printing

CI Flexo Printing

Our printing system provides high-quality prints with excellent color consistency and detail, making it suitable for flexible packaging materials like film, paper, and foil. It enables faster setup times and reduces waste during production, ensuring cost-effectiveness for medium to large print runs with low ink consumption. The process utilizes a central impression drum to maintain precise print registration, offering flexibility for printing on various substrates with quick and efficient changeovers.

Adhesive Lamination

Our lamination process bonds multiple layers of materials using adhesive, enhancing packaging strength and durability. It provides the flexibility to laminate different substrates such as films, foils, and paper, improving barrier properties to protect products from moisture, air, and contaminants. Designed for high-speed production, it maintains consistent quality throughout. By reducing the need for heat during the lamination process, it prevents damage to sensitive materials. Extrusion Lamination
